The meat for this course is Japanese Black beef that was born in Japan, raised in Australia for about 10 months, and then grazed in Kyushu, mainly in Oita and Nagasaki, for over a year.You can also enjoy seasonal salads, which are harvested by the chef every morning from contracted farmers.The steak can be changed to Omi beef Chateaubriand steak for an additional fee.(Please call us for reservations after 7:30pm or for parties of 5 or more)
