A Kuroge Wagyu fillet steak characterized by the inherent flavor and tenderness of red meat! The live lobster has a wonderful bouncy texture and rich sweetness. Enjoy it with a sauce of browned butter and white wine, lobster miso, and egg to further enhance the flavor.The steak can be changed to Omi beef Chateaubriand steak for an additional fee.(Please call us for reservations after 7:30 PM or for parties of 5 or more.)
